Leading up to my sister’s wedding, she knew she wanted to celebrate her bachelorette party at a destination that was equal parts great food and great outdoors. A Denver bachelorette party was the perfect fit and I had a blast planning a Colorado girls weekend for her.

If you’re looking for Denver bachelorette party ideas look no further, I have you covered in this post!

Denver Bachelorette Party Itinerary – Day 1

Arrival day is all about getting everyone mingling as they settle in for the weekend. We all met up, had brunch together and enjoyed a fairly chill day one. Here are some ideas for your plans:

Meet at Denver Union Station

Our group arrived in Denver on a Saturday morning, and we all made our way from Denver International airport to Union Station to wait there as the whole crew assembled. Those of us who were there grabbed coffee, took photos of the beautiful building and caught up with each other.

There’s plenty of room in Union Station for even larger groups to convene so it makes the perfect meeting point. I, as the maid of honor / bachelorette planner, also used this time to sneak off and assemble our swag bags!

I’d bought all the girls these adorable bachelorette fanny packs and filled them with assorted goodies ranging from mints and hair ties to Advil and fruit snacks (the bride’s favorite). Distributing the swag bags was the perfect way to get everyone ready to have the best time together.

Looking for ideas of what to pack for bachelorette party swag bags? Consider these fun goodies!

 Brunch at Snooze A.M. Eatery

While Union Station was a beautiful and relaxing place to chill on a Saturday morning, the real reason we were there was to grab brunch at the onsite Snooze, an A.M. Eatery.

We put our names down while we waited and were seated by the time our whole party arrived. Their benedicts are delicious and if you’re indecisive like I can be then order the Benny Duo and choose two to try!

Go Wine Tasting: Denver Winery

wine tasting Denver bachelorette party ideas

In a city of beer, our crew was mostly made up of winos. A good friend of mine who’d lived in Denver clued me in to a great Denver winery that offered free tastings.

Not only were they free, she said, but the pours were fair and the tasting included about 17-18 different wines.

So, after we dropped off our bags at the Airbnb and freshened up, the entire group hopped into an Uber and made our way to Balistreri Vineyards. We were not disappointed.

In addition to the free wine tastings (remember to tip!) they also offered free snacks, winery tours and delicious food for sale. It was the perfect carefree way to spend day one as best girlfriends, and if you’re seeking out wine tasting in Denver you can’t go wrong with Balistreri.

Dine at a Denver Mortuary

Alright, I’ll admit it. Linger is not a mortuary anymore. What used to be Olinger Mortuaries is now Linger Eatuaries (see what they did there?) and a great place for fine dining.

It’s a beautiful restaurant, perfect for celebrating a special occasion, with fantastic food and delicious cocktails from around the world! There’s something for everyone here, and I personally recommend the Korean Fried Chicken bao buns.

If you’re not interested in a full meal here, make reservations to visit their rooftop bar instead for more casual (yet somehow still elegant) fare and views. Craving dessert? Visit the popular outdoor stand Little Man Ice Cream, next door.

One important note is that Linger also offers bottomless mimosas as part of their weekend brunch. So if you’re not able to go for dinner consider visiting for a fun brunch instead! Either way, definitely add this to your list as one of the best restaurants in Denver for bachelorette party fun.

If you have some energy, hit the town for the night! Having flown in on Saturday morning we didn’t last very long ourselves. Either way, you’ll have some time to sleep in on day two.

If you’re interested in going out but keeping things low key they consider participating in the live music scene at Voicebox Karaoke. Any bar that offers a chance to let loose and sing with the girls counts as one of the best bars in Denver for bachelorette party for sure!

Denver Bachelorette Party Itinerary – Day 2

As the one FULL day, day 2 can be a blend of sightseeing activities and relaxation. This is the day when you can easily pack the most in if that’s the vibe for your group. Here is how we spent our full day:

Brunch at The Woods

The Woods Denver bachelorette party brunch

Kick things off with Sunday brunch at The Woods, a hotel rooftop. Predicting we’d want to sleep in a bit, we made reservations for noon and were able to enjoy a leisurely brunch before heading to our activity for the day.

Enjoy Yoga and a Hike Outdoor Activities With a Local

To get the full Denver area experience, we knew we had to squeeze in some outdoor activity. So after much research, we booked a hiking experience with a local! It was the perfect way to get moving and see a different side of the city.

If you go, remember to bring plenty of water and some snacks if you think you’ll get hungry! Sunscreen would probably be wise as well.

Dinner at Rioja

Back at the Airbnb, we showered off and dressed up for the evening. Of course, we had to participate in an obligatory bachelorette party photo shoot! Thanks to my handy bluetooth phone tripod we were all able to be in every picture and had so much fun playing around with different poses!

Then, we walked to Rioja for dinner. That’s right, our Airbnb was a pleasant walk away from Larimer Square, where Rioja is located.

Rioja offers a seasonal menu and everything we ordered, we savored. A worthwhile dining experience, no question and we couldn’t have chosen a better experience for our last night. Truly one of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy.

We spent our second night in with a game night in rather than out on the town. For our bride, this approach was more her style than a last fling type of night out.

Denver Bachelorette Party Itinerary – Day 3

Day three for us was a half day since most of us traveled back home in the afternoon or evening. We still got to enjoy the morning together though:

Brunch at Denver Biscuit Company

Brunch at Denver Biscuit Company for Denver Bachelor Party

This place gets busy, so we planned our brunch here for Monday morning before flying home. Whatever you’re into, be it savory or sweet, you’re sure to love Denver Biscuit Company.

This coming from me, someone who doesn’t normally even like biscuits! I ordered mine as a french toast chicken sandwich. It’s called The Lola (sans bacon) and it’s glorious.

They also have games, so after we ate we played some Cards Against Humanity to kill time before heading to the airport.

Take a Brewery Tour or Head to the Airport

Most of us left, soon after brunch but a couple of the girls had later flights out. If you have more time, consider brewery hopping beginning with Blue Moon Brewery. After all, Denver is known to be home to some of the best breweries.

Where to Stay for a Denver Bachelorette Party

You could go a couple ways when deciding on accommodations. Different options work better for different groups depending on some key factors. Here is what to consider:

Denver Bachelorette Party Apartment

We stayed in downtown Denver right near 16th Street Mall, which is walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend this area for a convenient stay for your group, too!

I turn to VRBO when looking for an apartment or home to share, or to booking.com to find great hotel deals. Here are some of my well-researched accommodation recommendations for where to stay for your Denver bachelorette party:

Denver Bachelorette Party Hotel

Sometimes it’s more convenient to have guests book rooms in the same hotel instead of in a shared rental. This is a great option to allow guests some privacy and down time from the festivities. It’s also great if everyone in the group has different schedules.

If everyone can’t join for the full bachelorette party, for instance, they can pay for accommodations for the nights they will be present. Here are some great Denver, Colorado bachelorette party hotels to consider booking:

Money-saving tip! Sign up with Rakuten to get 4% cash back from booking.com! Rakuten helps me earn cash back across my online purchases, I love it as an easy way to save money on things I need.

Getting To Denver

You have several options for getting to Denver, depending on how far away you’re coming from:

Road Trip

If you live within 2-6 hours of Denver and love to drive, consider renting a car and turning your Denver bachelorette party into a full-on road trip!

Train Ride

Take the scenic route, check to see whether Amtrak train is an option for your Denver trip.

By plane

If time is of the essence, plane travel is likely your quickest and best option.
